Why is my toe swollen?!
Question: I woke up this morning with a swollen second toe on my right foot. There is also a small red lump on the side of it. It is warmer than my other toes. It is tender to move but not very painful. I can walk on it but not sure why it is swollen or what to do about it. Any ideas?

Sounds like you got bit by a flea or spider, put some hydrogen peroxide on it and see if it bubbles. You could ice it to bring down the swelling.
Over a period of 2 or 3 days, see if it gets more painful, if it does go to the doctor, you might have a boil. The girl below me might be right, I had a bug bite once and it was bright red and a few centimeters big, but it was flat. Spider bites swell though, they're annoying.
