My wrist hurts help!!!!1?!
Question: i had this bump for awhile in my wrist n it hurts once in awhile but today my dogs were running with me n i tried closing the door but when i closed it my dog was right there so i stoped n my hands stopped the door so fast when i foldd my hands i felt the worst pain ever i think the bump went inner cuz it aint as big as ir use to be but now its hurts i cant ben it back when i do like there is this weird pain but idk im using sumthing rite now w thingy for wrist so its kinda calm when i take it off it hurts so im leaving it on so wheat is it or omg plz help!!!

its called Dequervains tendonitits...I have it 2 and its hurts alot! get a splint to restrict the use of it so it can heal.
