Sounds like you were sleeping on your arm and put the nerve to sleep. It's temporary and will go away shortly. Moving the arm to make the blood flow will help "wake it up".
It may be that you just slept on your arm, cutting off the blood flow to your hand, and causing it to shake. Go eat something, as it could be that your blood sugar level is down. Make sure you have plenty to drink, and if it's still doing this in a while seek medical attention.
rest your hand
maybe your left arm is weaker than your right? try resting your wrists/arms on the edge of the desk.
I wouldn't worry as long as it isn't violent shaking
are u holding your are up in a way where its not suported in any way, try to rest your elbow on something and see if the shack goes away, are u taking meds for anything, that may be part of it. lastly try stretching out your arm & back when you get up. good luck
