I've been squatting the last few days, and my knee is hurting me.?!
Question: I may have been doing a little more than I am capable, and the pain is in the middle right side of my knee. Is there anything I can do to help make it go away, or strengthen it?

Cool it on the squats for a few days and let your knee recuperate. If it keeps hurting you here is a link that will help you figure out what is wrong

try using the toilet like everyone else does and sit down upon it when taking a poo for a change
I have the same problem from time to time. The thing that really helps me is try to refrain from the squatting for a few days and place ice packs on the knee for a few days. Also maybe an over the counter (OTC) anti inflammatory like ibuprofen, Advil, aleve.
