Question: How can you heal a cut really really quickly?

A deep cut that is less than 48 hours old may need stitches. Otherwise keep it clean, use antibiotic ointment and keep it covered for a few days. Something really superficial may heal nicely with aloe vera gel.
Neosporn and thats about it...
neosporin!
Try using salt and/or a disinfectant. It may burn like hell, but it works, trust me.
Neosporin!!
Put triple antibiotic on it.
Neosporin claims to heal a cut faster than simply covering it with a bandage.
Keep it clean and covered (but not smuthered) other than that there not utch you can do but the bigest thing is simpley keeping it clean
The old mexican way I heal my cut fast is to rub a lime on it after its clean and has stopped bleeding. Sqeeze some lime juice on it and rub it.
It will in a sense cook the flesh and it will dry and heal faster.
It will sting.
Tea Tree Oil works wonders! It doesn't smell the greatest but it works great for cuts and burns.
Neosporin or Bactine
Neosporen - only one I know!
Is it deep? If it's not, a natural remedy would be some aloe vera! It stings a bit but it helps heal wounds quickly.
salt and alcohol always work!
Soak the area in hot water (as hot as you can stand) for 5 minutes; then plunge into cold water (or use ice pack) for one minute. Do this 3 times, twice a day. This is a big stimulant to the healing process.
After this treatment, put neosporin on the cut and bandage lightly to protect it.
Oh wow. I read heal as heat and had a whole plan for you to cauterize it.
Neosporin with pain reliever. You can even get band aids with neosporin. Clean it often with straight alcohol. The faster it dries the faster it will heal. . . unless it gets an infection -- and then you will need an anti bacteria cream -- they work okay.
I play doctor to myself as often as I can -- then watch Mom cringe when I tell her what I did. She was upset about my shaving off a 1/4" high bubble of pus -- twice to get it all out -- and the doctor said that it looked great... until I told him what I did and he didn't like it that my technique worked so well, I guess.
Good Luck!
