Knee issue?!

Question: so on sunday i was just standing around with my firends and i turned slightly to the left and my right knee made a loud popping sound. it felt kinda unstable. since then ive been able to dance on it, but it kinda clicks when i squat on it or land a jump. it also slightly hurts sometimes but only on the inside. there hast been any swelling. i was thinking of seeing my orthopedic doctor, but i dont want to go and find out that there is nothing wrong with my knee. what do you think?

I had the same thing happen to my knee. Never did I think it was bad, untill 2 days after I went to the orthipedic surgeon because it just got worst. Turns out I tore my MCL. I have been on crutches and in a brace for 3 weeks. It's not getting better, so I'd say go. it sounds just like what mine was...

ICE, ICE, ICE! For the first 48 hrs. ice is the best thing you can do for most injuries. It helps prevent swelling and soreness. As long as you can walk without too much pain i'd give it a little while to heal. Don't push it though you don't want to make any minor injuries worse if you don't have to. Good luck hope you feel better soon.

Well there is the same problem with me.
There has been, i never saw a doctor for the same reasons.
But what i did, was i tried to do stretching and even tried massaging it, and there hasn't been much problems since, but if it continues i would try wrapping it in something uh, idk what but something stretchy and that will cover it, i used some cast stuff but it should help keep your knee stable dont wrap it too tightly it could cause circulation damage, and dont wrap it too loose, i'd also tell your parents about it if it gets worse, and i havnt had many problems, its worked very good for me, its helped so much, i hope it works for you, i dont know what the problem is, but i just tried certain things on my own, btu ive had many snapping problems (jaw, foot, leg, elbow, and some major back cramps from not cracking enough or popping/ snapping) if that doesnt work i would definatley see a doctor.
