look, when u are trying to give up a bad habit, then you are bound to have your set backs! its human nature!, just pick yourself up dust yourself off and start again, you have gone 5 days! thats brilliant! some(like me) cant even go 2 days without a ciggie! (i have to go on tablets to curb my cravings)

your doing great!

good luck!

get the patch/gum

dont think about ciggarretes

Chew on cinnamon or mint gum. Get those nicotine patches or gums. Theres also medications out that can help you stop smoking if its serious. You have to be 100% willing to quit if your doctor gives you the prescription because they arent cheap!

chew gum, find things to keep you busy!!!!! they are VERY bad for you and expensive!!!!!

GOOD LUCK :)

maybe you could buy some chewing gum, or sun flower seeds, i even know a guy who stopped smoking by eating peanits! everytime he wanted to smoke he just at some peanuts!!!! and now he hasn't smoked for like.....i dunno how long but it's a long time! lol

Don't beat yourself up. I have been smoke free for about 5 years but I 'quit' hundreds of times. Just don't give up.

I bought herbal cigarettes that have 0% nicotine and 0% tobacco.
Theyre a great alternative to smoking cigarettes and if you smoke them while using the patch you'll be rid of the habit in no time!!

I can relate. I decided to stop smoking December 16th of last year. I did good for a month and then slipped up and had a cigarette. It was oddly unsatisfying and I was very disappointed in myself. You know what though. It's easy to get back on track. Don't let that discourage you from continuing to try to quit. What really helped me was having a calendar and a little treat to reward myself after x number of days without a cigarette. When I made it through the day without a cigarette I would put a big X on the calendar date. When I would get to the end of the week, I would reward myself by buying myself some nice perfume. Otherwise, if I slipped up I would deny myself certain "luxuries" that I would usually get for myself. Chewing gum works for some people but it didn't do anything for me. It really is all about willpower. I know how hard it is now but if you're able to make it past a month you'll be shocked how much the cravings decrease. I'm now three months nicotine free and I don't even think about cigarettes anymore. As a matter of fact, the smell of them makes me gag so even if someone is smoking one around me it doesn't make me want one. I usually have to move away from them because the smell makes me sick. You can do it I promise! You just have to talk yourself down when to start to crave and constantly remind yourself WHY you wanted to quit in the first place. For me, I'm trying to grow my hair out and the nicotine was stunting my hair growth. So everytime I had a craving I would ask myself if the cigarettes were worth not having a healthy beautiful head of hair. I have confidence in you and I know you can do it. Good luck!!!

By the way, it's normal for it to take several attempts at quitting for you to be successful so if you're not able to do it the first time don't give up!

i think its pretty normal
i presume u were a smoker and stopped for straight 5 dyas.
i smoke and i noticed if i dont smoke about 4 hours or so i feel a lil different like u .
i think if i stop for 5 days i will sure be dizzy
but if u feel its differnt then u should check it up..
