You can try making a little ritual of it, like always including it with a particular meal. Also consider getting one of those seven-day pill containers. Fill it once a week, on that one day you do remember, put it in a prominent place, and it'll be a reminder.
(No, I don't take mine daily. I did when I took gummy vitamins, but now I'm on something more adult and less motivating. I'll be trying these techniques myself.)
i take mine on the weekdays because thats when i'm active.. and I remember on weekdays because there is more of a schedule. like before school.
right a note to yourself and put it on the kitchen table every morning.
