Yes! Someone needs to know, If he did it once he will do it again. Your brother is taken advantage of the fact he know he is stronger than you. go to your parents and show them your arm and tell them what happened and how you feel.

He has some serious behavior issues that need attention. You must do whatever you need to do to protect yourself from abuse and don't worry about what he needs to do.
Of course you tell your parents about suffering any kind of abuse from anyone, even your brother.
you should tell your parents he might get in trouble but you should not let him think he can push you around. and if you tell you will be setting a good example for the little girl thats staying with you
