I've done this many times on my friends. First rub it in with vaseline, then simply use a razor blade and cut carefully around it (you should make sure it's not blunt, it hurts alot more then o.o). Good luck with the circumcision ^^

OK, there is no way to do it at home. Besides being very painful, you have a very high risk of getting infected. An infection there if not treated early and well, could actually end up requiring surgery which would be more expensive than the original circumcision.
If you really feel the need to have it done, do yourself a favor and go to the doctor.
