Do people ever request medical records for their pets?!
Question: I work in medical records at a doctors office so I am very used to seeing request for them. The other day I was taking my cat to the vet and I just wondered if anybody ever does that.

A few years ago we moved from Canada to Scotland. We took our miniature pinscher with us. Before leaving we requested the dog's medical records and they happily photocopied the whole thing. The vet in Scotland was happy to receive such a full history when we later took the dog there.
Incidently, we also did the same with our records when we moved.
