Whats the best natural medicine/voodoo for arthritis of the knee?!
Question: My wife has been diagnosed with Arthritis of the knee and she is only 30! She will be start physiotherapy asap. Does anyone have any ideas or used anything to help this problem?

I have osteoarthritis in both my knees, I understand the pain , I have had it for about about 15 years and I am 42, exercise swimming is gr8 walking is also very good, and when it gets very bad , I use heat dry or moist depending on what works best at the time either is OK, also it will make you gag but Pure Clove Oil massaging into the knee will help with pain , a little goes a long way , and after awhile you get used to the smell of the oil , good luck keep the knees warm even in the summer it helps .
You should try to go to physical therapy, that will help also going in the tub and letting you knee feel the warm water on it
