Scared to walk in walking boot?!

Question: I got moved into a walking boot after 5 weeks of regular casting. The doc said I had to still use crutches for 2 weeks (no pressure on boot), then 2 weeks after that I can walk with the boot. I am scared to walk with it constantly- worried that it is not fully healed since I don't get to see him before this change..

Same thing happened to me i got my fiberglass cast off about 2 weeks ago!! The walking cast is actually really nice! If it doesn't hurt go for it, but stay away from stairs they're hard.
