Try doing some sport, but DON'T do it only an hour or two before you go to bed. Having a cup of milk before you try falling asleep has been scientifically proven to help you knock out faster. Keep your clock out of reach so you aren't tempted to check it while you're in bed. "Progressive relaxation" also helps. Just breath in the nose and out the mouth slowly and clear your mind of everything but breathing. Once you've established good sleeping hours, your body should just get used to going to bed on time.
