Knee scrape?!
Question: well i had baseball practice and we where running i was running at full speed and i had to make a sharp turn (we where running on cement) and my baseball shoes where worn out so i did not have a good grip on the cement as a result slipped and i held on with my knees so my knees got all scraped up on the cement i started to bleed. that had happen 2 days ago i have put ointment on it and stuff. well today i have a baseball game and i have to be there. i do have some pain on my scrape. i can still run and walk with no problem. but if for some reason i have to slide i will hurt it again so i need something i can put on my knee so it will protect it. on my left knee i got a huge scrape and on my right its small. and what can i put on it so it wont bother me at all???? i got about 3 hours before the game.

You can always buy a package of knee protectors (the type that people who bike ride or rollerblade use) and cover a bandaged knee with that. At least this way there's a hard padding on the outside and a soft padding on the inside to keep your knee protected. Good luck - I hope you win your game!
Have you thought of maybe a kneepad inside your uniform so you dont tear up your knee more?
try 2 recognize d type of pain ur having, i mean is it muscular pain or something 2 do with bones or tissues, etc.
avoid playing if its d later ones.
if its just bruises then make sure that d wound is thoroughly clean, else even puss, if at all, gives u a lot of pain. u can clean it by first washing it with warm water then clean it with antiseptics like Dettol
u can put sum peroxide on it... it can stop the pain
also alcohal but that will make it sting for a few mins
