I have front and back pain - overweight causing it?!

Question: When I sit uncomfortably, like leaning forward on the floor for a while, the middle of my torso starts to hurt really badly so I have to lean my back on something. But later on, even now, sitting in this couch normally hurts my back. And even when standing for a while and bending over to lift stuff causes my back to hurt. I'm 18, 5'5'' and 220 pounds. Is me being overweight obviously causing these problems?

I just thought about this one for you. It may help with the weight and the pain all at once. Good luck my friend

yes

yes it could be part of the cause, when you lift do you lift with your legs or by bending over and picking something up? this can make a world of difference be sure to lift with your legs by bending at the knees and lifting the object as close to your body as you can get it. it might help to see a chiropractor to get an alignment be sure to check on line to find a good one or ask your MD of course he is gonna tell you to lose some weight also but you need a fix now before your back gets worse once back problems start it is hard to get rid of them
