What's the best way to get rid of leg cramps?!
Question: Potassium, potassium, potassium! If you don't want to buy the supplements -- they're reasonably cheap -- then look for foods like bananas and avocados. My mother swears by drinking pickle juice, but eeew.
Drinking plenty of water never hurts and get as much exercise as you can without straining your legs, which can make matters worse. Walking is perfect. Also, get plenty of rest.
