Stomach pains... is it actually a stomach ache?!

Question: Since this morning after i took some medication (Tylenol,Nasonex, and a vitamin) I've been experiencing stomach pains. It's brief though... lets say about every 30seconds-1minute i get one... then it goes away and come back again. Is this just stomach pains?

Need more info. Like where the pain is located in the abdomen and what kind of pain it is. Stabbing? Crampy? Do you feel sick like nausea?
