I am realy....(please read)?!
Question: im really injured (in a kids way), today-april 7, 2008, i fell face forward on the pavement and im really injured. injuries:
1. i got a nose bleed, wich went away
2. under my nose is RED and swollen so my lip is unconcious
3. my shoulder is RED with marks on it
4. my right hand has 2 scrapes on it
5. my left hand has a scrape near my middle finger, and 1 near my wrist
6. both my knees
will these injures all heal?

i'm sorry to hear of your injury!
make sure you take some ibuprofen, put ice on anything that may be swollen, put some neosporin on any open wounds (with bandages) and drink a lot of water.
you'll be healed up in no time!

yes just rest them and put cream on the scrapes
if there injuries that will scab don't pick at them, if you pull of the scab if you will have a scar left there for the rest of your life
yes, give in 2 wks at most and they will heal!
ive had it done to me lol ....
it should heal over .. mine did within a week
