Is it possible to have a minor stroke and not know about it?!
Question: i really think i had one. the left side of my face, like in the eye area looks a lil different from the other side. and i would always have these random real sharp short pains in my chest.and other pains throughout my body. n i know i aint the most healthiest person, but i know my face didnt always look like this. i mean, its not real jacked up or anything but there is a differnce in the sides. could it have been a stroke or something?
thanks for any help...

Yes, it could be a minor stroke or TIA or many other things.
Normally I don't correct spelling errors (I make plenty of my own)but in case you try to research the previous post's suggestion, it's Bell's palsy not beels. Here's a pretty good summary of the condition:http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/bells...
You really should get this checked out. If it was a stroke you may need treatment to prevent another more serious one.
Adding this on. Did you just notice this facial difference or is it ongoing? If you just noticed it.... it could be swelling from sleeping on your side. Do you sleep with the affected side down? I get droopy eyed on the left because I always sleep on that side. Doctor said the fluid pools on that side of my face. It usually goes away within 3-4 after waking. Just a thought.
Take care
yes-happens a lot-
also could be something called beels palsy
or a tumor
or a numebr of other things
