Is that to blame for feeling this way!? Please any advice!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It sounds like you have the typical symptoms of mono!. They are:
"Sore throat, perhaps a strep throat that doesn't get better with antibiotics
Fever
Swollen lymph nodes in the neck and armpits
Swollen tonsils
Weakness
General discomfort, uneasiness, or ill feeling
Skin rash
Soft, swollen spleen
Loss of appetite"

Self Treatment of Mono includes:

"Get at least 10 to 12 hours of sleep a day
Drink lots of fluids to remain hydrated and to relieve your sore throat
Gargle with salt water several times daily
Avoid drinking alcohol and caffeine
Maintain a balanced diet, low in refined sugars and starches
Take an over-the-counter pain reliever such as aspirin or ibuprofen to help your fever and sore throat
Avoid physical contact or sports that could cause your spleen to rupture"

As far as the acid reflux, try an over the counter treatment like Tums or Rolaids; if that doesn't work there is also Prilosec and others as well!. This may be caused by the stress, or drinking and eating acidic foods!.

Feeling like you may pass out is caused by your weakness!. Make sure that you are drinking enough fluids and eating regularly!. High protein is good for the weakness!. When you stand up, do it slowly so your blood pressure doesn't drop!.

As far as your extreme stress, try scented candles, a warm bath, deep breathing and other relaxation techniques!.

Mono sucks, I know as I had it when I was a teenager and it takes along time to recover!. However you must be patient and take care of yourself by resting, drinking fluids, eating, and trying to reduce your stress!.

If you are still scared and unsure if some of your symptoms are from the mono, I highly recommend that you see your doctor again just to double check!.

I hope you feel better soon,

I think that's just how you feel when you have mono!. The feeling you have in your throat is most likely swollen tonsils!. Just make sure you are eating regularly and resting often!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
