There is one stretch that always helps!. lay on your back and turn your hips and legs to the side of your body!. then turn your upper torso the opposite way!. hold for 20 sec and do it twice in both directions!. your back may crack but it is fineWww@Answer-Health@Com
To stretch this sit down with your legs out in front of you!. take your left leg and bend it over your right!. So now your left foot is by the side of your right thigh!. now twist your upper torso to the left and put your right elbow on your bent neigh (left one)!. and lean into it!. it's hard to explain but if you do this it should help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Just rest, no heavy lifting or putting any strain on the back!. Ice it for a good half hour and stretch every couple of hours!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
