i mean, ive taken close to 40 before along with some sleeping pills and another type of painkillers, so its not a big deal, right!?

does it SEEM ok!? I think you know what you did was stupid, and I'm sure you know what the appropriate thing to do is, but then if you did take 24 advil, maybe you don't want to go to the emergency room and be treated for an overdose of something that can cause you a GI bleed and kill you!.
