I suggest taking some Ibuprofen and maybe a hot shower and paying down!. Sip on some cool water and put an ice pack on your abdomen to draw any blood away from that area if you are on your period then later put on the heating pad!. Hope you feel better soon!. Take it easy and try to relax!. The tensing up your body only makes it worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if its at the top, close to your heart, then it's indigestion or heartburn!.
if its in the middle, like where your bellybutton is, then it's constipation or might be gases
