Answers:
A warm compress can easily be made by taking a washcloth (clean of course) and running it under warm water (after this some people also choose to microwave it for added heat!. Whatever you choose is fine, just make sure the towel is how enough)!.

The heat causes your skin to open pores and allows the boil to breath, and detoxify itself in a way!.

Apply the compress a few times a day, but do no over-do it! Excess compresses can be bad and irritate the area from too much heat!.

Try three times a day for now, until your doctor gives you further instructions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Saturate a washcloth with water!.
Have a dry towel or pillow case at the ready near by!.
Fold neatly and place in a plastic bag with a zip closure!.
Leave the zip closure open!.
Place in the center of a Microwave oven!.
Heat on High for 30-60 seconds!.
Remove the hot washcloth carefully, and place on the dry towel or in the pillow case!. (you may want to use tongs)
Close the bag!.
Close the dry towel around the hot washcloth in the baggie in such a way that the hot baggie won't slide out and there is a single layer of dry toweling on one side and all the folds are on the other!. Since a pillow case is much thinner, you can just wind it around till you have a nice little package to fit over your sore spot!.
Place the warm compress over your achy painy place!.
Say Aaahhh!.!.!.
Remove the compress in 10 minutes and allow the area to cool before reapplying!. This is so the skin will not accidentally be burned!. Usually the compress will have cooled by then anyhow, which is why this is a safer method than an electric heating pad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

something warm and moist!. Try a wet washrag with a heating pad on it!. If you don't have a heating pad,put the wet washrag in the mircrowave!. Sorry you are hurting so bad, sweetie!
