I blacked out 4 times today! Help me please?!

Question: I blacked out 4 times today! Help me please!?

I drunk 4 liters of water and it was still about 25 degrees celcius!.

It was about for 3 seconds each time!. My eyes were open but i still blacked out (as in all i could see was black) I then came back and was dizzy alot!.

I am 13 and was at school!. It happened at lunch, in a test after lunch, before school ended and after school!.

I was wondering if it could mean something!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are many causes for 'blacking out', most commonly is not having enough blood pressure to hold you up (called hypotension) -usually due to being dry!.
Other causes include arrythmias (irregular heart beat), epilepsy (seizures), hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)!.

I would see a GP very quickly just to make sure it isn't anything serious!. Drink fluids in the mean time and stay in a cool shaded area!.
