Question: Feeling fatigued, possible reasons!?
I have been feeling extremely fatigued lately!. I sleep a lot at night, and take naps during the day!. My diet hasn't changed, and I still exercise 3+ times a week!. I'm a vegetarian, and make sure to take a multi-vitamin everyday!. Could it possibly be a deficiency in Vitamin B-12 that is causing me to feel this way!? What are other reasons for fatigue other then pregnancy!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
