Pain in Bicep after Bench Press?!
Question: Pain in Bicep after Bench Press!?
After doing a bench press workout sometimes I'll get a pain on the inside of my arm where my the bicep meets the tricep!. Any ideas why this happens or if I should get it looked at!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're probably doing the exercise wrong!. You should be feeling a burn and some muscle exhaustion, but not the kind of pain that you seem to be describing!. I would suggest that you get it looked at to see if it's ok and that you haven't hurt anything, and if they give you the go-ahead, find someone who is more experienced at weight lifting and have them watch you while you are doing the exercise!. They should be able to point what you are possibly doing wrong, and help you improve your technique!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Make sure you're lifting weights progressively and take a few minutes of rest between repetitions!. Avoid straining yourself and keep a watch on fluid / protein intake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
