Answers:
well it's not dislocated cause that would hurt very badly so maybe you just pulled something try gently stretching it for a while by lying down on your back and stretching your arms above your head!. Slowly move your straight arm in large complete circles then when it stops hurting try repeating this with your arm bent!. If the pain doesn't go away then you should probably go to the E!.R!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If it were dislocated, you would not have been able to stand the pain and would have been in the ER that day!. I would ice it a bit, use it as little as possible, and try to get at appt!. to your family doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You probably should have it checked out, just to be safe!. If the ER is packed, see if there is an Urgent Care clinic!. The wait thereis often shorter, since this isn't a life-threatening thing!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would judge it by the pain level you are experiencing!. There is no reason to put yourself and your body thru the stress of pain!. If you cant rest well, you cant heal well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you dislocated it, you would not have drove home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, go have it checked!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
