Question: Ah, my neck is killing me, any help!?
The back of my neck is extremely sore!. I know I didn't sleep on it wrong because it just started to hurt about 5 hours ago!. I'm to the point where I can't even move it!. Smack dab on the back of the neck, my mother said it look bruised!. But how, I didn't do anything!.

Maybe you did something to it or you just have a stiff neck!. Before you go out and run or even start your morning you should put your arms out straight and turn your neck slowly in a clockwise motion!.!.!.!. to loosen it up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes!.!.!.!. Hire a 2-hour massage therapist and tell him to do it naked!. you WILL forget aaaaall about the pain =)
