How do you prevent moving around too much in your sleep?!


Question: How do you prevent moving around too much in your sleep!?
I knock all the pillows off and blankets and it is annoying!. What are somethings that I can do before I go to bed or do to my bed to minimize this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get someone to tie you down to the bed with the covers!.

Main problem, you need a new sleeping position!.
Dude try new sleeping positions because when you're moving around to much that means your body is uncomfortable and then you body will attempt to find a better position!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm like dalejr4ever, I have a 35lb Beagle at my feet and at least one cat between me and my wife!. I have sleep apnea so I'm hooked up to air hoses that usually keep me still!. I take sleeping meds too that help me get good sleep(Ambien 10mg) and also I take restless leg syndrome meds(Mirapex) that helps alot with my leg movements!. My wife says so anyway!. Dont take meds if you dont have too but I wanted to tell you how I sleep comfortably!. Hope this helps! Have a great week!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey I have two kitties that dare me to move during the night!.!.they keep me asleep by purring the night away and lowering my blood pressure as we know!.!.cats do!.!. I also have done what my doctor has told me!.!.NO TV, when you turn the lights out NO TV!.!.and has that been a challenge for me!.!.I guess I need to just remove the Tv like my Dr says I need to do!.!.!.I have started doing some of my yoga stretching before I go to bed also, that has helped big time, especially when you have a very very very stressful job like I do!.!. But I will admit with the two kitties I know they say you should not sleep with your animals, well one of them is 28 pounds he lays on the headboard while the other small one sleeps my my feet in her bed!.!. and neither of them wake me during the night, they purr me to sleep and then they go and sleep where they want to!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your restlessness in sleep could be a sign of apnea!. This failure to breath for short periods of time could be why you flailing around in your sleep!. Check with your doctorWww@Answer-Health@Com
