right now my stomac is killing me i do not know what to do i have tried everything i ate breakfast went to the washroom and i am also feeling very hot and sweaty! what do i do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you on your menstrual cycle!? Cause if they're cramps, I usually walking around helps!. It may not seem like it at first, because you just want to curl up and die when they're so painful!. But that helps me sometimes!. So maybe try going for a walk around the block!.
Also oddly enough, car rides help me a lot! I can have major cramps all day, and get into a car for an hour, and they disappear!. Then as soon as I get home, they start back up again, right away!.
And I'm not sure about the "hot and sweaty"!. Could just be menstrual hot flashes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
