Question: Why does my rist keep going num!?!?!?

I have a similar problem!. My left wrist and some fingers go numb if I bent them for too long (during yoga)!. My doctor found a cyst growing in my wrist!. He stuck a needle in and injected something!. It helped only for a few months!. You should check with your doctor, maybe you have the same problem!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
do you use your wrist a lot !?!? The numbness you are feeling could be carpal tunnel syndrome!. I'm a bartender and I use my wrist a lot carrying glasses and trays!. sometimes a wrist brace works!. You might need to see a Dr!. it could require surgery if its bad enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you are having any sort of numbness in you arm or wrists it could be carpaltunnel syndrome or you may have a pintched nerve!. i would go to the doctor!. best of luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
