What are good sources of fiber to help detox my body and intestines ?!


Question: What are good sources of fiber to help detox my body and intestines !?
I have CFIDS and my bowels seem to be stopped, I was at the dentist for 3 1/2 hours so imagine all the lovely chemicals my body is trying to get rid of plus I am sick with the flu!. I was reading an article that said to drink tons of water and eat fiber as they both help detox the body!. What sources of fiber would you suggest !? I have not appetite, but I'll give it a shot ! thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you have a Jamba Juice by where you live I'd go there!. A a fruit smoothie has lots of fiber and nutrients plus a wheat grass shots aids in detox!. Also if you don't feel hungry a smoothie is easy to get down!.
