I am another migraine freak!. I get them all the time!. Seriously the best remedy I found was head on migraine!. I know the commercials look stupid and stuff but it works AMAZING!. You put it on and within a couple of minutes your forehead begins to feel a little funny and the migraine goes away!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I have suffered with migraines for over 20 years and have tried so many medicines ,i have found using Peppermint oil has really helped me!.You can buy it at health food stores or sometimes grocery stores have it in their organic isle!. You just put a dro on your finger and rub it on your temples and back of neck,it is very soothing and inhaling the smell helps soothe your stomach if it is upset!.
