Ok, this morning I run a 5k in my Brooks shoes, but I forgot that they are like a little bit brocken at my right foot, so now I have a bit blister and I don't really know what to do!. Should I pop it!? How long does it take for it to go away, because I have my Graduation on Sunday!? Thanks for the help!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
If u want to release the fluid (its not puss, just the fluids from the damaged cells) first sterilize a needle by holding the tip in a flame for a few seconds!. When cold just insert the tip of the needle into the skin of the blister!. Use some clean cotton wool or a tissue to absorb the fluid!. Dab on some tea tree oil then cover with a breathable plaster!. To avoid further blisters & prevent infection wear negative ion socks during training/running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to the drugstore, they have special blister band-aids!. stick one on and leave it alone for a few days!. DON'T pop it! it'll just be a raw patch of supersore skin and a gateway for infection!. and put some neosporin on it before you stick on the band-aid!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you shouldn't pop it! that's a bad idea!.!.it will get even more sore than it is now!.!.!.it usually takes a few days for a blister to start going away!.!.!.if it is very painful to wear with shoes, try a bandaid or blister pad over the affected area!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

first you should pop it and then put hydrogen perixode to make it heal next put on ointment and put a bandaid on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
