Question: What causes ONE leg to stiffen up bad & Really hard to get up after sleeping!?
Then after sleeping/ resting , Its hard to get up, My one leg stiffens up bad, Any suggestions!? ideas!?

Sounds like u flex ur legs a little bit as soon as u wake up and not enough water in ur system!.
Try drinking water the day before to hydrate those muscles and prop up some pillows to elevate ur legs!. This helped me when it happened!. I hope it works for u!.
** O Yes and B4 I 4get!. STRETCH!! Stretch out those legs B4 U sleep!. Do it for at least 3-5 minutes!.

O and u know if u go to the emergency room in they have to take u they cannot turn u away!. And sometimes there are boards indicating how u can get some health insurance!. What state do u live in!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could be tendonitis!. I have achilles tendonitis and every morning or after I sit for a long while, I can barely walk because I'm so stiff!. What part of your leg is stiff!? If it is tendonitis, you will need physical therapy, orthotics (for your shoes) and possibly (unlikely) surgery!. My area has a number of options for uninsured persons, including a clinic at the hospital!. Do you have anything like that!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
