Why does my chest feel like this?!


Question: Why does my chest feel like this!?
the timing is completely random by the way (doesn't happen that often, but multiple times n my life)!. sometimes when i take in a deep breath, the area around my heart hurts, like a sharpish pain!. it sometimes lasts for several minutes, it sometimes lasts for a few seconds!. i know this isnt a heart attack because there were no previous symptoms of them!. some help on what is happening!? im speculating that it might be some cartilidge inflamation or something!? pleaassee help me on how to prevent it!. thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

it could be cartillage inflammation!.!. costochondritis but you need to see the doctor and have an ECG done nonetheless and get your vital signs checked and have perpaps a chest Xray also only to be on the safe side!.!. if it's cartilallge inflammation then Ibuprofen helps against the pain but you should not take that now until you know for sure what it is!.!.!.!.

Any chest pains need to be taken very seriously if they happen frequently no matter how often apart!.

I don't know why you say it you know it's not a heart attack, only a heart specialist can tell you that and he will only do so after taking ecg's of your heart!.

It sounds like it could be murmours, these are verry often related to stress, poor circulation or angina!.
Either way, in time they have to be treated!.

The worst case scenario for a check is what's called an angiogram!.
This procedure is painless and does not take long and it will allow a specialist to see any problem immediately!.

It is called exercise! How often do we take large deep breaths!? We might if we sigh!? The lungs are like the muscles, they need to be inflated, fully inflated, thereby allowing the rib cage expand and so on!. Therefore you need to be aware that you need to exercise the lungs and rib cage!. When was the last time you tried blowing up a Party Balloon!? Try it and see if you find it easy: it inflates straight away, or hard: takes several attempts to inflate the balloon!. This is excellent exercise for your lungs!. Best of LuckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I get that too!. And sometimes you breathe in really deep and you feel a pop and it goes away!? Cause I get that!. I think it's relatively normal!. Hopefully!.!.!. I don't know what its caused by though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
