Is it normal to fall asleep and wake up at the eact time every day?!


Question: Is it normal to fall asleep and wake up at the eact time every day!?
i always fall asleep at basically the exact time of 1!.30 am and wake at 8!.30 am!.!.!.its literally like this everyday!. im not complaining!.!.!.but is this normal!? i never used to until recently, id always sleep for different amount of time!.!.

is this a good or bad thing do you think!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are getting seven hours of sleep, which is considered an adequate amount!. Ideally, they say everyone should get eight hours for maximum benefit!. But you are perfectly normal, and lucky, I might add!. A lot of people suffer from chronic insomnia!. I'm one of them!. I usually go to bed about 10:30, but don't often fall asleep until 1:00 or 2:00 a!.m!. Then I am up at 4:30 or 5:00!. I am definitely sleep deprived, but I hardly ever feel tired during the day!. Around 9:00 p!.m!., it's like someone let the air out of a balloon!. I can doze off on the chair, but then I'm wide awake the rest of the night!. Consider yourself lucky indeed!Www@Answer-Health@Com

at least you are getting 7 hrs sleep!. And I think what is going on is that your body is getting into the routine of going to sleep and waking at the same time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
