Answers:
First rest & apply thermal therapy, ie warm baths ect to ease tight muscles!. Also wear compressive therapy supports to relieve pain & improve circulation to assist recovery from strain!. Start gentle exercise, such as walking as u start to feel better!. In future u need to train before marathons & wear compressive sports garments to support joints during extreme activity as well as warmup better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is not meant to be sarcastic or rude in anyway, so please dont get offended!.!.!.!. but, you just said you ran a "marathon type of thing!." Your legs SHOULD hurt!! Dont sweat it, they will be sore and feel like jelly for a couple of days, but you should be fine in a couple of days or so!.

Hope I helped,

Well as a fellow runner I guess I can just say that you should make sure you stretch and fully prepare yourself especially for a marathon!. Marathons are huge although you said it was not exactly a marathon, you should always train for special events!. Start slow next time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is normal because your body is reacting to overly stressed out challenge!. Best thing you can try to do is take a warm bath, with Epsom salts!. It should help relax the muscles and maybe loosen it up enough for you to tolerate to soreness!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have a soak in a hot bath, take some asprin to ease the pain and just do some light stretching!.

It should be gone completely in a few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you ran a lot the pain is your muscles are tight jest lay down and watch tv it will go away soonWww@Answer-Health@Com

stretch alot!. or you'll be facing the worst cramp of your life!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
