How do i stop being so lazy.?!


Question: How do i stop being so lazy!.!?
Lately all I want to do is sit on my couch and watch tv and eat!. I've let my house become a mess!. I'm messing up at work, not wanting to do anything!. I want to sleep all the time!. I hardly ever take my son outside anymore!. Whats wrong with me!? How do do I get out of this laziness!? I'm pregnant so I can't take any pills for it!. I don't think it is the pegnancy because I have been like this for about 6 months now and i'm 3 months pregnant!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like depression!. Please see your doctor to discuss because you could be a candidate for post-partum depression (after birth of baby) and your symptoms could get worse!.

Try to find the time to do little things around the house to make yourself feel better!. Sometimes just pushing yourself to do something can make you feel that you accomplished something and & be happier!. Definately push yourself to spend time w/your son!. That alone will make you feel better!.

I know how you feel!. I suffer from depression and can get very unfocused about life & its responsibilities!. I usually feel better if I push myself to accomplish tasks and tell myself it was easier to do it than to make the excuses not to!.

are you depressed!. that sounds like it!. me, i'm a visual person!. I like to see what I've accomplished!. So I make list and tape them to my bedroom wall!. everyday a new list with checks!. It makes me see and be proud that I got my lazy bum up and did something you could try it!. My husband even give me gold stars somedays!.!.!.lol and add more fruits and veggies to your diet!. it give more pep to ya step!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its hard when you are in a rut!. Just take one step at a time!. Like make a goal to turn the TV off for one hour!. Go out and walk up the street and back!.
