You need to seek out a Orthopedic surgeon to determine what is going on with your knee!.!. It could be many things so it is best to have it checked out!.!.
The cost will be determined by the procedure that the Orthopedic Physician determines is necessary for your knee, again discuss this with a doctor!.!.!.

Your doctor will tell you if that is what you need!. He'll get xrays, MRI's and other tests and then he'll tell you what it costs!. If you have health insurance, it should pick up much of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
