Bubble?!?!?!

Question: Bubble!?!!?!!?

My friend is having a health issue and she describes how it feels as "a bubble inside her that moves around to different areas and makes it difficult to breathe deeply"!. WHAT could this mean!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunatly we (yahoo ppl) can't really diagnose her being we can't see her!. Has she talked with her doctor!?
It sounds to me like it could be psychological but again it would be easier to evaluate her!.
Get her to talk with her doctor!.
