Whats the diffrence between Sleep Apnea and Narcolepsy???!


Question: Whats the diffrence between Sleep Apnea and Narcolepsy!?!?!?
Ok whats the diffrence!? I fall asleep while I'm driving, but see I drive 45min!. on the 99 [a freeway here in Califorina] and I CAN NOT fall asleep while driving!!! so if i do have this i would like to know ANY WAY to fix this!!! please ANY help will be nice!! thanks in advance!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sleep apnea is when while your sleeping you quit breathing!. It is very common a lot snorers have this!.!.it is as simple as the tongue in your mouth blocking your airway while asleep!. It is treated by wearing a positive pressure mask that you wear while asleep and it pushes air in you so this doesn't happen!. this most often remedies the problem!. Narcolepsy is far more complex situation!. It is where your brain has trouble dealing with your sleep awake cycles normally!. You just feel very sleepy and get the urge to sleep!. You sleep for few seconds to hours!. This is very dangerous due to the fact you don't know when it will occur!.

There is not really a cure but it is suggested in my medical books to get regular sleep schedules!.!.and when common times sleepiness take regular naps!. There is a new drugs that FDA has approved!.!.!.it is called tricyclics this a broad category or drugs that have seem to help people!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Narcolepsy is a neurological condition that causes a person to fall asleep uncontollably!.
