Well, a very typical tradional technique that always works for me is that Take Toothpasth on ur finger and rub is all over your toungue wherever u have the cuts but make sure to slightly rub so that the paste remain slightly layered on ur toungue!.

I think the toothpaste idea is good but toothpaste might hurt/burn!. Orabase is a product that you can get in the toothpaste section!. It's for sores in your mouth!. But it forms a numbing paste that sticks for a while and will cover the cut and make it feel better so you can talk!. Although, you might have a slight lisp b/c of the numbing sensation!. Still, it's got to be better than the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
