Question: I dont know what happened to me!!!?

Last night i tripped on my bed and twisted my knee and ankle, only my knee hurt at first, and i used crutches all day!. Whan i got home, my foot was KILLING me and it was REALLY swollen!. I am not sure what happendWww@Answer-Health@Com

You might want to get it wrapped in ace wrap!. And if possible keep it elevated and iced!. If the pain still doesn't go away I would go see a doctor!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
