Hairline fracture in my hand?!
Question: Hairline fracture in my hand!?
I am a catcher for my high school baseball team!. I got this bruise on my hand between my index and middle fingers about a month ago, and it never got a chance to heal, as I played through it almost every day!. On tuesday, I was catching for a guy who throws around 80 mph!. My hand was in incredible pain on every pitch, and I had to leave the game!. When I took off my glove, I was shocked to see how swollen and bruised my hand was!. I went to get it x-rayed, and they said it was just a sprain, but it was hard to tell because of the growth plates!. They just called and said that I have a hairline fracture between the1st and 2nd digits!. I would like to recover from this as soon as possible, Does anyone know how long it will take to recover, or something I can do to assist healing!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

U need to rest your hand & use thermal therapy to improve circulation!. Its good to splint the fingers to immobilize the injury, it took my hand about 4 to 5 weeks to heal!. Also wear thermal health gloves to protect the injury & relieve pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
