Question: I got barely any sleep and I have swim team in an hour!?
Hi, I slept from 11-1 and woke up and have not been able to get back to bed!. My mom is making me go to swim practice which will be from 6-8:30!. I feel really tired and I need some energy so I don't die in the pool!. What should I do!?! Im freaking out!. Im about to take a shower!. Please give me some tips!. ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

Give your body more credit than you are! Unless you haven't slept for days!.!.!.your body will kick in with some extra adrenaline to keep you going!. Drink some water!.!.!.and then something with caffiene for now!.!.!.plus the exercise will obviously help with circulation - you should be fine!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well, your young since your mom can force you to swim practice!. You should be fine for the time you have to swim, you can nap after if need be!. Eat you a banana, peanut butter, raisin sandwich!. Drink a mountain dew!. It always worked for volleyball!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
