Question: Is it ok not not to drink water at all!?
I haven't had water in a while(1-2 months or more)!. Have been only drinking non caffeine drinks!. Is this all right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

the best way to hydrate ur body is through water!. but seeing as though ur still alive its ok!. we can only live up to a week without water!. we dont just get water through water itself, it comes from fruit, vegetables, juice, soup and other drinks like milk and stuff!. but if u intend to continue to not drink water, u should avoid coffee, soft drink and alcohol caz they dehydrate the body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I think you are not including your energy drink, milk, and coke in drinking!. They as well as all food stuff contain water in large quantities!. So even if you refrain from taking water as water it goes into the system!.
But water as such has a great function to do!. It has to make your digestion easy!. It is the easiest Way to replenish the lost water -through perspiration and other excretions!.If your tongue goes dry, it means you require plain water!. There is HCL present in your stomach!. I think you add water to dilute acid!. If you don't drink water digestion impairment may occur and you may get colic and sometimes ulcer!.
Hot water is good for health and ice cold water and drinks create digestion problems!.
Remember that mostly all get bloated when in water and become soft!.
So water is a must and what we know of it is very little!.

u should be drinking water cause it cleans your system out and plus it helps so u don't get uti's!That's infection in the bladder and that hurts!U are supposed to drink at least 6 glasses a day!I mean u can get your water from other sources such as vegetables and drinking milk and coo-laid but water is always best!Www@Answer-Health@Com
They have just announced water isn't nearly as important as they have been telling us all these yrs!. Said we get enough in other stuff!.!.!.!.like milk!. But I already knew that,because I think unfiltered water is the filthiest thing you could possibly put in your mouth!. Knew someone who wanted their water analyzed for some reason!.!.!.!.they found an unidentifiable substance!.!.!.!.!.he told them!.!.!.!.!.identify it!. Finally they did!.!.!.!.!.toilet paper!.
