First, congratulations on getting tall, that is always a good thing!.

Unfortunately the pain and awkwardness come along with the growth spurt, but rest assured that it will not last that long and soon you will be as graceful as a swan!. Every teen goes through this, tall teens suffer it the most!. Honest, it just comes with the territory, your bones grew faster than your muscles, thereby losing the ability to control the bones and now its the muscle's turn !.to develope!. It is 100% normal!.

Maintain the mild exercise to strengthen your muscles and keep a balanced diet, before long, certainly within a year, you will get your balance back again!. I know, it seems like forever but it will pass quickly!.

Good luck!. Bet you make a beautiful swan!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would say probably growing pains as well, you're doing the right thing by exercising but don't overdo it!. Do a few excercises in the morning when you wake up and before you go to bed to loosen up the muscles in your body, if you do this for about a week or so the pain should start to go away!. Hope that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is not uncommon especially when you are increasing your activities!. You can a heating pad; ibuprofen,Tylenol, etc!. but there is no specific treatment for growing pains!. Sorry!. I hope that it stops soon!. I had a friend that use to have them so bad that she made me sit on her legs and it would help the pain!. Just a thought!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I used to get tons of pains in my shins to the point where rubbing them would make the pain worse!.

When did you get your growth spurt!? And were you doing massive exercise while you were doing your growth spurt!? You might need to take a little bit of time off from the exercising and just let your body adjust to your growth spurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
